Add debtor list export function

Provide reporting on estimated vs actual time taken on tasks and analysis of averages etc to allow for review and adjustment of fees.

It would be very useful to add the total WIP figure as an option on the client list screen for reporting. It would help understand at a glance client status and lockup.
