I feel it would be a good idea to allow editing of the 'latest progress note' and previous progress notes . Simple things like wrong spelled words currently can't be updated .

It would be very helpful if, instead of the standard notification system that is in place (which seems to notify you around 1 day before a task becomes due, you could set up when you want to be notified by the system of upcoming tasks. For example...

Currently the Bulk Action button only offers either to 'Complete' or 'Reassign' tasks. It would be useful to extend these options to include more of the common status types, e.g. 'Records Requested', 'Ready to file', 'Awaiting approval' etc. For j...
