Sometimes it is useful to be able to send a report or document to the client highlighting what we have a problem with. What I suggest is being able to add documents to the task, which are sent out as attachments to the part-records email.

When you record part records received, it would be helpful if you could see on task page what records were requested, instead of having to re-type this into progress note.
