It would be nice to see where you are with improvements.

When client is completing a form, it would be good to have the option to link create a video so that we can do a video to help them through the form.

Once Client has completed an custom form. Then have the option to ask the client to signed. An example this may be a the client fee is taken from Tax refund and client confirming there bank details for the refund.

It would be great to have a training log, where each staff member can log there CPD information.

A system that shows market prices for fees so you can compare what you're charging with the market.
