I have a lot of Canned templates, Finding the correct one can be a pain, especially with in the e-mail view for canned messages, as it in order created. I would be helpful if we have a category grouped messages. So if a need a self Assessment mess...

I understand the quick search is limited to 6 results e.g. clients. It would be useful if this limit could be increased to, say, 20.

When client is completing a form, it would be good to have the option to link create a video so that we can do a video to help them through the form.

Once Client has completed an custom form. Then have the option to ask the client to signed. An example this may be a the client fee is taken from Tax refund and client confirming there bank details for the refund.
