Subtasks and groups - adding & moving items with more flexibility

It would be useful if you could add/move/click/drag/insert subtasks groups and subtasks with more flexibility. For instance, when adding a new subtask or group, it would be great if you could insert the new item above or below and existing subtask or group. It would also be useful to be able to click and drag a group or a selection of subtasks and move them around with more flexibility and ease.
