Hi there,
I can't speak for Jon but we added a bespoke field in BM under the Registration section of the Client Page named 'Invoicing Frequency' with a dropdown list of choices such as 'monthly', 'quarterly', 'annually' etc. It could add more value to billing forecasts and Fees Projections features.
Maybe this is something that should be added in BrightPropose rather or being in synch with for those using both software?
I would like to have a section of non-recurring fees added in the Services section of BM. When we onboard a client, a series of one-off services can occur (onboarding admin, VAT registration, PAYE registration, CT registration, etc). We have defined our own but I think it should be separate from the recurring fees, so that Annual Charge does not take those into account but you still have a trace that your practice set those up. Yes I know, we could set up tasks with 'Tasks Quote' for those but as they are standard one-off services, it would be great to have them on the system as non-recurring fees/services too.
