2 way Intergration with FreeAgent

With Xero and Sage, we can AM to track our companies Invoices but FreeAgent integration don't allow that. I been told that there is an 1 way integration. Can you make this 2 ways as I can take an Advantage of free app that FreeAgent offers for customers
