The Overview gives me no useful information and is not drillable, so I cannot even see which client(s) graphs, etc relate to. It needs a drastic overhaul.
I find that using AM at partner level is very difficult. There is (or appears to be – if they are there it is not obvious) no dashboard of key data, no pre-set reports for key information, etc. For example, in any software designed to help manage a practice I would expect to see things such as:
Dashboard of KPIs
Quick report of prospect conversion data
Quick report of client onboarding progress
Quick report of task progress
Quick report of deadlines coming up over, say, the next 30, 60, 90 and 120 days
Quick report of progress of tasks coming up to a deadline
Quick report of missed deadlines
WIP, profitability, billing and collection reports, if using time and cost recording
I cannot see any of these reports. On the overview section there are a few graphs, but they are meaningless because they are not drillable, so they are currently a bit of a waste of time.
