For a client she added driving licence documents today, but I received no notification, even though I set up the client and am partner. So I could be on the phone to her, or e-mailing her, asking for her driving licence details, when she has already sent them. I believe the other user on AM, who is Manager, but did not set up the client, received the notification, but he will not be in the office for 3 weeks, so I would in theory be blissfully unaware until he gets back. How am I supposed to control the practice on this basis?
