Timsheet: Can Chargeable and non Chargeable be connected to Type

One of the idea I summitted that you could connect The Type of work to default to task Type i.e Payslips will auto default to a Payroll Type. In addition to that you can default the Chargeable, So Payroll is chargeable, so it will default to Chargeable but when you select admin work is not be Chargeable. Like now you can change the default if it is different.
