Be able to group staff; e.g. Tax team / accounts team/ managers / or whatever you like. The ability then to allocate sub-tasks to a group rather than individual staff members.

This is a good idea. Could also have an option that managers for specific teams can view their teams timesheets only, as opposed to currently where they can view either just their own timesheet or all staffs.
