In time log you have a section called Type. Which you can split the time to types of work or department. You can go to setting and change/add the types making it bespoke to your business . The idea is use this bespoke list to be able to track time spent in each area of the business, This can be via Department or services type depending on you. I.e Payroll, P11 and Payslips can fall in one Type named as 'payroll', At present you have to change this manually. If we can default to a task to service.
