e-signature field placement
Need to be able to place the e-signature field in specific sections of PDF, such as on the Directors report and balance sheet in annual accounts. It's not adequate to have a client simply e-sign the end of the document. That might do for authorisation but doesn't validate the document correctly.
Based on what you've described, we understand you need the ability to place signature fields at specific locations within a PDF (e.g. directors' report, balance sheet) rather than just at the end of the document, with the signature itself being verified and tamper-evident, similar to how Adobe Sign or DocuSign works.
If there's anything else you'd like to add or any other use cases we should be aware of, please do share. Curious what everyone is using here, beyond Adobe.

using adobe esign at the moment as the soloution but it’s another cost and another system to use.

would love to see this happen!
Please consider adding this now: 2 years on from the first request and its a massive improvement to make to the current general signature at the end of a document. We can't rely on that for may types of documents we need signing.
