Allow use to move columns in View of Client List

Is it possible to allow users to change the order of how columns show on the client list ? for instance we use an internal reference and would like to see that before the client name on the Client list view. If we could drag and drop columns in a view that would be a great help as currently we need to export the list and then manipulate the details in excel.
