To be able to customise the Risk tab with our own set of questions. We use ICAEW guidance and have a very specific risk assessment for our clients especially international clients. The risk assessment in BM is not useful to us and we cannot amend any of the questions.
We would still want to be able to report on the details of the risk assessment
I need to use additional forms outside of BM now to meet my AML regulations. This feature is almost useless unless customisation can be done. Either with standard questions (as per the professional body templates - happy to send over the AAT template), or allowing us to add questions in.
The risk assessment definately needs some work, I'm having to use additional forms outside of AM to satisy the AML regs as per my latest QAD visit.
As per CCAB’s, AML and Counter-Terrorist Financing Guidance for the Accountancy Sector (2020), Section 4.3.1 risk assessment should be designed to cover at least the risk presented by
Its clients
The countries or geographic areas in which it operates
Its products or services
Its transactions (referred to here as engagements)
Its delivery channels
If the risk assessment in Bright Manger can be re-designed according to the above categories that will be great.
Also it will be beneficial if there is an option to customise the Risk tab with our own set of questions as proposed by David
It would be useful if BrightManager had 'pre-configured' sets of questions from different accounting bodies (ICAEW, AAT, etc.) Users would choose their preferred risk assessment template. This would also need to be updated as and when accounting bodies update their guidance.
