Better Signed Document facilities

In the list of Signed Documents, it would be most useful to:

a) be able to print AND download the signed document from that window, rather than having to go to the client record, and

b) to see if said document had previously been printed and/or downloaded.

It would also be good to be able to assign a separate client folder on one's PC to each client on Bright Manager, such that when we download things, it defaults to the client's specific folder on the PC. eg: \\Users\Clients\Bloggs, J
