Option to enter time in hours or minutes, or time start and time end

The time recording system is overly complex by only allowing time entered in minutes. It would be more user friendly if you could enter the time in hours, or by start to end time.

For example full day activities like annual leave currently must be entered in minutes meaning this slows down entry as you can not simply recognise hours or start and end time.
