Permanent Client Notes - The ability to save a note against a certain task permanently

When adding notes to tasks, the progress notes disappear once a task is complete. This suggestion is to add a new note type that can be added from the client record which remains in place after the task has been completed. I think this needs to be by task rather than the internal notes so that you don't end up with generic notes across all tasks.
