The issue we're encountering is that some clients skip several questions on our SA checklist created as Custom Form but can still submit the form. Consequently, we have to reach out to them externally (since the Custom Form reminders become ineffective once the form is submitted) to request that they complete the missing information and submit the form again. It would be beneficial if we could designate some fields as required, preventing clients from submitting the form without providing all the necessary details.
