Set a default jurisdiction

To be able to set a default jurisdiction for new clients.

Currently defaults to Companies House and you have to scroll for Irish Self Assessment

Would like to set my BM to be for Irish Clients as i have no UK clients

It easy to miss that you need to scroll for "Irish Self Assessment" rather than just "Self Assessment"
