Frequency setting for custom, manually created tasks
I would consider it helpful to have an option to allow custom, manually created tasks to have frequency setting present to them (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually).
It would allow us to save time on creating new tasks by hand and ensure consistency of our processes.
Also, we would not need to create a random, repeating task through the Accounts Settings.

Hi Dan, for what you seem to want to achieve, you need to set up a 'recurring task'. You can set up a non-service related recurring task by selecting 'Recurring Tasks' from the Tasks menu in BM. Hope this helps.
