Export facility compatible with import facility

Currently there is only one way to mass import clients and that is through the template import spreadsheet, which is fine. However when taking on a block of clients from another accountant, if that accountant is also using Bright Manager its an extremely arduous, laborious to move that client from one accountant to the other. There is no export facility that is compatible with the import facility meaning that if all that information is sat there, just with another accountant, the whole thing has to be manually entered or copy/pasted into the import spreadsheet. It's extremely time consuming and should be unnecessary. Ideally you would simply be able to change who the accountant is and have everything simply swap over, but until such a facility is available please at least make an export facility that is compatible with the import facility. The previous accountant also needs to manually request all of the e-mails be removed by the support team so that they can be re-added by the successor accountant. This system needs to be reviewed, it's not unusual for accountants to acquire other practices and if both practices are using Bright Manager this should be less work, not more.
