Disengagement letter needs to be able to be signed in the system
You set up this new disengagement letter but the clients cannot sign it. Considering we use brightmanager for signing documents it should have software that allows the client to sign it, much like the engagement letter.
I don't think it's a regulatory requirement to have the client sign a disengagement letter is it? What would you do if you wanted to disengage from a client but they refused to sign?
