Webhooks

Webhook integration should be considered to allow capture of updates to client records.


This could include notifications, name changes, date changes or any other hook desired.

    Hi James,


    I should have been a little more descriptive regards webhooks.

    Having a rules engine could provide additional funcionalilty to allow for instance:-

    Webhook on field updates

    Webhook on task updates

    Webhook on client status updates


    Zapier intergration is limited in functionality, i'm hopeful further developement is planned.

    Hi @Guest , have you explored the zapier integration? We have a client-updated event that acts in a very similar manner to webhooks. You can see details here https://zapier.com/apps/brightmanager/integrations.

    Out of interest, what would you be looking to trigger off the back of a webhook?
