First Nationality in the dropdown to be set to "British"

BTC lists "British" in a dropdown of nationalities in a way I do not have to search for it - I have it already there; it is a nice touch on BTC's side. Can Bright Manager do the same, please? It is not a huge tweak to be made, I imagine, but it could be nominal and yet appreciated improvement on BM. Have a good week!
