Work In Progress - Archive methods should be more flexible

The invoicing method via Bright Manager is too restrictive, so we download the Work In Progress and bill via Xero separately - providing the hours, narrative and multiple billing rates. We then have to Archive each client separately perhaps 200 a month with an investment of 30+ minutes to do so. A tick box with 'archive all' or a 'tick box' at the side of each client so you don't have to scroll down the work completed before hitting Archive - or putting the Archive option at the top of each client would be helpful.
