I keep asking/pleading would it be possible for the developers to enable the General Notes for Payroll service tasks to be visible in the new view task list, they used to be visible as a pop up in the old view task lists, if you hovered over the “PAYE notes” they pop up so you can easily check standard info that rarely changes.
Currently what we would like to happen is available for client internal “notes” if you hover over, they pop up, but these are not service specific.
We are having to copy and paste everything in progress notes, causing extra time when completing tasks, especially with a monthly task!!
Any help you can provide in pushing forward my request would be appreciated.
I have mentioned it several times on webinars, suggestions etc etc and nothing in response.

This is good news, thank you.
Looking at the current task view, "Progress notes" can be seen in 3-4 places
On the task view page with pop up, so technically 2 views.
On the side bar under details
In the progress notes.
The details we put in the general notes are used to search and identify the type of payroll, contact person etc as these may not always be the same as the client, see below an example of the layout I use, obviously this is only specific to our firm.
FULL CONNECT - LATE | EMAIL PAYSLIPS
PAYE - M - DD
CONTACT : Dan
CONNECT : In Use
PW : Th3jo1n!
General notes that do not change, would be ideal if they were available in the details section and the data can be used in a search.
