If a client is on stop/hold as they owe money, If there was a way to notify all staff members that a client is on hold BEFORE they do any more work for them that would be ideal, At the moment I am adding this info to Urgent notes but unless you physically go into the client it is not seen and if the staff do work and go straight to their time sheet it doesn't flag anywhere that the clients are on stop There has to be a way that when I put a client on hold/stop it notifies the accountant and bookkeeper, so they can stop work immediately. and if they miss this when they enter time onto their timesheet it flags it there also. This will stop time being wasted on a client that isnt paying
