Esign reminders are currently prepared and polled 24 hours in advance before sending. If a client signs a document within this time, the reminder is still sent unless manually cancelled.
An easy change would be to be able to set a custom creation and presend time for unsigned documents (we would set 5 minutes)
A better, but harder, change would be for Bright Manager to check prior to sending if the document has been signed or not and cancel if it has.
We have a lot of clients complain and get confused about receiving reminders for documents they have already signed - especiallt if we send out documents late on a Friday, and they dont see the email and sign until Monday, and then receive a reminder after signing.
Great idea. I check scheduled emails manually but would be harder with a larger portfolio of clients to do this routinely :-)
