Signed Documents - do it all in one place

When a client e-signs a tax return, I download it to their client folder on my PC and then print it out (I know, but I still like paper !!).

Currently, from the "Signed Documents" screen, I have to go into each client to do this, then back to the signed documents screen.

I would like to be able to just download each tax return directly from the "Signed Documents" screen, and it also flag each document that it has been downloaded (maybe bold text for new signed documents, going non-bold once you have downloaded them, like with emails ?) as when you have a lot being signed each day it is hard to know whether you have dealt with each one or not and they are easy to miss.

And I would also like each client to be linked with their own folder on the PC, so that when you download it, it would default to that client's folder.
