YE Date and a VAT included Tick Box under Services required

Client Detail/Services Required : When you enter a price in the service required or in my case it updates from Bright proposal. There is confusion for if it is the current year or still the prices from last you. Also it is un clear ifthe price is included of VAT or not. If there is a Box next to the price section in Services required to enter a YE date (Month/Year) and a tick box to say if figure has VAT includeded
