Set date for Letter of Engagement resign

Clients are not punctual.

Letters of Engagement are generally designed to last only one year.

I suggest that in addition to the option of automatically resign letters of engagement so many days after they were originally sign, it would be nice to automate it so that regardless of when the letter was sign we could set a fixed date that all the letters get resigned.

Currently every January I have to manually go into each and every client to resend out the letters of engagement and the purpose of this software is to help reduce the amount of work we need to do. Not add to it.
