It really doesn’t make sense that when the AML or credit checks are completed it’s not obviously marked when clicking into the client.
It’s costing us money each time and should be a time saver but if we have to add an extra step or save down the document each time that is not an efficiency in my mind.
Also it’s totally open for double charging as another member of staff might not realise it’s complete and use credits again for something that has been done already.
