Time recording to include progress notes, latest actions and option to complete

when you add time to a task, there should be an option to complete the task within the time recording section as well as having the option to update the latest action, instead of having to click into other sections of the website. this would be most useful for payroll tasks as we keep it up to date on whether it is awaiting approval, has been approved etc.
