Automated Client Onboarding

Problem:
Onboarding a new client involves repetitive and manual tasks: entering client information, conducting AML checks, and setting up records in BrightManager. This process is time-consuming, error-prone, and often delayed due to data collection bottlenecks.

Proposed Solution:
We’re exploring AI tools that can automatically extract key client information from emails, forms, or calls and populate the relevant client records. This could include automating and streamlining the entire onboarding process from initial contact to record creation, proposal generation and AML checks.
