Intelligent Email Management

Problem:
Emails contain important context for jobs and tasks, but manually linking them (and their attachments) to client records or specific jobs is tedious and prone to being missed.

Proposed Solution:
We’re considering an AI assistant that parses incoming emails to identify clients, jobs, and task references. It would then link emails and attachments to the right place and suggest follow-up actions (e.g. creating a task or updating a status). We could then look to extend this to consider email attachments and facilitate document catagorisation and filing.

• How often do you or your team forget to link important emails to tasks or clients?

• What kinds of actions would you want AI to suggest based on an email’s content?

• Would you want the AI to work on historical email data too, or only future emails?
