Additional contact but with no approval rights

Currently a maximum of two contacts have access to, eg, a company's portal and documents. We have several clients who have administrators or finance personnel, and these need to upload and download documents but not approval rights. I understand that we can set up a separate portal for them but this would not be accessible to the directors (unless logins are shared). Could a further contact be available but with limited rights to amend and approve?

    This is an essential requirement as we have many clients with in-house bookkeepers/accountants who need to be able share documents/schedules via the portal and therefore need their own access/login to the client portal

    Hi Liz,


    Hopefully, this will be released/worked on soon. If you have the time to search the subject on this portal, you will find that several users have emitted similar ideas, i.e. contacts database with better documents manager with users access restrictions/privileges etc.

    If you vote for those ideas, there is a higher chance that this can see the light of day. In fact, I am positive that a contacts manager/database that can be used across all Bright products is on their list of things to develop.
