Allocate 3rd Party consultancy Fees to client WIP ledger

We incur 3rd party fees/invoices/costs on behalf of our clients. We require Bright Manager to be able to allocate these costs to clients in the wip ledger, to enable these costs to be included in invoices when issuing client invoice/fee
