Tax Paid Button

When I record tax liabilities for a client (e.g. income tax, corporation tax, VAT), once the client confirms that the tax has been paid, there is currently no easy way to mark this amount as “paid”.

At the moment, I have to manually go back into the record and delete or adjust the tax amount, which is time-consuming and creates a risk of losing historical information.

It would be very helpful to have a “Tax Paid” button or status option, allowing the tax amount to remain visible for history purposes but clearly marked as paid (with date and optional notes).
