Search by middle name and UTR

We have several clients who have the same first name and last name. When using the search function, we cannot search by middle name and also the middle name doesn't appear when we search for the client. Can you enable this functionality in the quick search. We would also like to search by UTR and NI if possible. Finally we know clients by a pseudo or nickname. Can this this be included as a field and search.
