We can see in the address bar that each client has a unique ID in the BrightManager system. We export data and manipulate, report and track client journeys. Having access to the only unique per-client ID in the system would make life easier, not just for the data reporting but for users e.g. we can create useful links in our systems that take the users back to BM and directly to the right client screen. We have many thousands of clients, manually managing things is not really an option.
