Ability to link multiple email addresses to a single client record

We regularly work with clients who have multiple companies alongside personal tax affairs, and it is common for them to use different email addresses for each entity.

Currently, BrightManager requires a single email address per linked client record. This creates a significant limitation, as using different email addresses forces us to either unlink records or duplicate client profiles.

As a result, this leads to:

  • Duplication of client records

  • Manual inefficiencies and delays in client management

  • Increased risk of errors

  • Incorrect audit trails, where emails and invoices are linked to the wrong entity/email address

  • A confusing experience for clients managing multiple businesses

Suggested improvement:
Enable multiple email addresses to be associated with a single client record, with the ability to assign a specific email address per entity or engagement while maintaining a unified client profile.

This would better reflect real-world client structures and significantly improve usability, accuracy, and efficiency.
