Allow users to customise the background colour of each Progress Position status within account settings, in the same way that colours can currently be configured for Time Types

It would be really useful to be able to customise the background colour for each Progress Position. For example, Records Requested in red is very clear, but To Review would be better in green, as the work has been completed and passed on — no further action can be taken until it has been reviewed. A colour distinction would make it much easier to read the task list at a glance. Other statuses such as Records Received or In Progress in yellow. Far too many options are in blue (Inc awaiting approval / ready to file etc)

Ideally this would be configurable in settings, as different users and businesses will use these statuses in slightly different ways and may prefer different colour associations. This functionality already exists for Time Types in account settings, so it would be great to see it extended to Progress Positions as well."
