it would be useful to have an API for zapier or power automate so that we can pull client information automatically from bright manager.
weekly, monthly reports are often required. however it would be useful to be able to automate an email to the client managers every couple of weeks to show tasks 30/60/90 days due.
equally, if the API allowed the user to pull info off of BM, then chatbots can be created for each user to help with management of tasks.
from my perspective, BM should be used as a database and should enable management from chat bots and AI integrations
