When uploading documents to the portal that it goes to all contacts

When uploading documents to the portal that it goes to all contacts, so all directors etc are notified and then log in to the portal to access the documents. It's annoying that we have to add the second director to the email which has been queued. This would reduce time when documents have been uploaded to the portal for the clients to see.
