Allow clients to delete documents they uploaded to portal

It would be useful if clients had the ability to delete anything uploaded in error. This is time consuming for us as accountants as currently the client has to contact us and ask us to delete. This weekend a client had uploaded the same bunch of documents 3 times and also some other personal information which we didn't need to see.
