One off services

We really need to be able to have services which are one off, even when no frequency is selected the task reccurs. a lot of our services will be one off, such as registering a client for PAYE but once done it needs to be closed off rather than recurring.

It would be incredible if we could have the option in services for the frequency to be one off or once.
