In time log you have a section called Type. Which you can split the time to types of work or department. You can go to setting and change/add the types making it bespoke to your business . The idea is use this bespoke list to be able to track time...

On the new timesheet function you can allocate the time to client and open task. Would be nice to do this in time log.
