Report to show when clients have uploaded documents based on permission level

Only client managers get notified when clients upload documents however the admin (users with the right permission) would also like to know when clients upload documents via reporting.

Task report export to show the client manager

It would be useful for the task report, when exported, to show the manager of the client as well as the assignee so that managers can plan their upcoming work
