Templates for notifications and in Workflow have a option to do a notification

We do a notification when a workflow reaches the next person in the flow. We have to do this manually. It would be good to be able to pick a template of automate a notification i.e The accounts are ready to review to the next person in line, Similar to SMS and E-mails would be great
